How do I trace my shipment?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that can be used with your chosen logistics firm's tracking tool.

What if I can't find my shipment?

In rare instances where a shipment cannot be located, despite tracking information indicating delivery, please don't worry. We are here to assist you at all times to ensure you receive the goods you've ordered. Please make sure to contact us within thirty days. After this period, a parcel loss claim cannot be submitted to the shipping agency, and we will have limited options.

Here are some possible scenarios:

  1. The parcel may not have arrived yet, and delivery might be delayed by one or two business days while the online information shows it as delivered.
  2. It's possible that the package was delivered to your neighbors. We recommend checking with them to see if they received your package.
  3. If you've waited for two working days and checked with neighbors without success, please contact us at info@okeipet.com. Simultaneously, reach out to your shipping agency to report the non-receipt of your parcel and initiate an inquiry by providing your trace number. If needed, we can assist you with this process. The investigation with the shipping agent may take up to 15 working days. Once the delivery agency confirms the parcel as lost, we will re-ship the goods or process a corresponding refund. Please cooperate with our investigation for a smooth resolution.
